Cannot export to contact on android

Hi all,

Using Adobe scan to scan contact cards, I cannot see the "Save to Contact" feature - using a Samsung Galaxy S8 with android 8.0.0 from France. Is it not available in France yet ? I have tried with many contact cards and waited several days, still no option available.

Hi Jonathan,

The feature is currently available only for English.

If the business cards that you scan are not in English, Adobe scan would not be able to detect it as a business card.

Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the application installed on the device.

The feature is available only with the latest version of Adobe Scan.

If you have a different case, please let us know.

Hi,

Although my phone is in french  all information on the contact card is usually not in any language. Would it be possible to remove this region limitation?
