Cannot find my PDF scans

Hi,

 

I am using the iOS version of the app. For some reason, after scanning a document, I cannot find it on the app. 

 

Moreover, I have tried accessing the documents through a Windows 10 web browser (tried both Chrome and Edge) and my Document Cloud page is entirely blank save for the Adobe Acrobat logo on the top left.

 

Would appreciate any help.

SAME problem over here! ALL of my scans have disappeared from the app, and when I try to access the documents through my browser, the Document Cloud page is blank. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!

Same. App has been working fine but a few hours ago it was glitching so much I had to reinstall. Now after clicking Save PDF, I can't locate the file anywhere (on phone or on browser). I'm guessing it's a glitch - hoping it gets repaired ASAP!

I have a similar problem. May 23 adobe scan was working fine on my iphone, and today it will not save scans when I take them. I found my previous scans on the cloud but not any I tried to take today.  I signed in with my google account as always, but what is strange is the app had signed me out today and I had to sign in several times for it to work. Is this a glitch?

Hello, I'm having the same problem as the post above. It says it's scanning but the scan is nowhere to be found.  I love the app, please give us a solution. Thank you
