Cannot find my scans

Hello, I am using Adobe Scan on my iPhone. I scanned very important documents, but they are no longer showing in the app. My Adobe Cloud storage shows 0% used, even though I never logged out of this account and have used only this one. A similar issue happened earlier but was resolved after an update. This time, I cannot see my scans anywhere, and they are extremely important. Can you please check my account and help me recover my missing scans?

I followed all instructions but still can't find anything. I haven't even logged out from my phone so the account it correct as well.

@Jeel_Chahwala I can only imagine how upsetting and scary it must be to see your important files just vanish like that! For some reason, it likely failed to fully sync the scans to the Adobe Document Cloud. This can happen if the internet connection was interrupted or if there was a glitch during the upload. Even though you never logged out, if the sync never completed, the files would have remained temporarily on your phone before eventually being removed from the app's local memory. 

To try and recover them, your best bet is to go to the Adobe Document Cloud website directly on a computer or web browser. Log in with the same Adobe ID you use on your iPhone. (https://documentcloud.adobe.com)Sometimes, files might be there even if the mobile app isn't showing them. Look for a folder specifically for Adobe Scan or recent files. If they aren't there, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done from my side as I am not an Adobe employee and do not have access to your account.
