Cannot get Adobe scan account to work on new iPhone
I have a current Adobe scan premium subscription. I have just transferred all my apps from an old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 17. Now I cannot get Adobe scan to recognise that I have a subscription and it is showing me as a free user. However, when I click to purchase a subscription it tells me I alreay have one. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and logged in with my password but it still has me as a free user.
