Cannot get Adobe scan account to work on new iPhone

I have a current Adobe scan premium subscription. I have just transferred all my apps from an old iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 17. Now I cannot get Adobe scan to recognise that I have a subscription and it is showing me as a free user. However, when I click to purchase a subscription it tells me I alreay have one. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and logged in with my password but it still has me as a free user.

Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have checked your Adobe Account using the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active Plan for the Adobe Scan Premium subscription. Please log out of the application and reboot the device once, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID used for the purchase of the Adobe Scan premium subscription, and see if that works.
