Cannot log in nor create account

Hi, 

My parents have troubles connect their Google account to Adobe scan.

They both get an error message even if they try to create an Adobe account.

(Phone models: Huawei P20 and Mate 20 lite)

Sorry for the trouble. As mentioned that you are not able to sign in on Scan app, kindly check from the play store if any update is available. Also, under settings, change the wireless data settings to WLAN and Mobile Data. Close and reopen the app,

    Thank you very much, that helped, it was such a simple thing that I didn't think of that solution.

    Now everything works fine!
