Correct answer S_S

Hi @Gazella355859924vbc,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Are you using a Corporate ID? This could be a possible reason if your organization's IT team has not allowed Adobe Scan to use their domain.

The other reason could be blocking Adobe domains on your WiFi connection. Would you mind going to Settings-> WiFi-> Disable your WifFi-> switch to cellular data and try again?

Let me know if this helps.

@Gazella355859924vbc Would you mind sharing the country/region from where you are trying to log in to the application?

This could be a case where Adobe services aren't available for a particular region.

Also, try logging into the application using mobile data and check if it goes through.
