Cannot open scanned and shared with gmail documents

  • I scanned all my documents. I renamed it. Then I sent it to my gmail. It appears with a link in my gmail. When I click on the link it definitely doesn't open. What should I do? How can I open my documents?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    Would you mind sharing more details on the workflow you are following? Are you using the option to send a link to the file or trying to share a copy of the file?

    A screen recording of the event would be great to understand and assist you accordingly.

     

    Also, please try clicking the more option-> send a copy-> then select Gmail and then check if the PDF file attached opens or not.

    It doesn't open. I click the link on my gmail, it says try later.
