Cannot see Scanned files in Adobe Scan App on Ipad

I scanned documents last week with Adobe Scan on my Ipad when I did not have the compulsion to log in to the App.  However when I opened the App today I have to login to the App as there is no guest login option.  As a result I cannot see the scanned files in this Adobe Scan App on my Ipad.  How do I retrieve these scanned documents?  Many thanks for your help.

Hi Rajendra,

Adobe Scan application does not have the guest login option.

If you have used the application before, you must have used one of the options to log in to the application.

When you open the Adobe Scan application it gives you the option to sign in with Google, Facebook or Adobe ID.

Even if you are using it for the first time, the options will be the same.

Please check if you had used any of the options last time you used the application.

If yes, then you will need to use the same option to sign in as it will be a different account.

Just used Adobe scan for first time on iPhone. Kind of flaky file saving action. So now, I have to look in to yet another app and file folder system to find a scan. Ever wonder why so many people are asking "where are my Adobe scan documents?" when you google the problem? Obviously there is a UX problem. Took me a while to repeatedly sign in on my iPad, computer and iPhone to actually have the documents appear. There is a learning curve here as well as a dependability issue. This process should be more intuitive and reliable.
