Caricamento in Adobe Scan

Buongiorno 

da quando utilizzo un iPhone 15 Pro Adobe Scan non carica più i documenti ecc scannerizzato e di conseguenza non possono essere né aperti né salvati nel Cloud

Come correggere e ritornare alla corrette prestazioni ?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Have you checked https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder to see if the files are available there?

 

If not, as suggested earlier, please check the Adobe ID you are using and let us know if it helps.

I would to bring to your attention the ongoing challenges I'm facing, despite diligently following all recommended steps and procedures.

Despite my best efforts, it appears that the problems persist, and I find myself at an impasse.

In order to move forward, I kindly request your further assistance and guidance. 

To provide additional context and clarity regarding the issue we've been discussing and aid in a better understanding of the situation, I have attached a file that outlines the problem hoping that the attached document will provide a comprehensive overview, facilitating a suggestion on how I have to proceed. To confirm, are you using a company-provided network or account? Would you mind checking with cellular data if the file upload goes through? 

 

Also, would you mind logging in to the cloud account on a desktop (if available): https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ -> open the Adobe Scan folder and try uploading a PDF to the same folder? 

Please let me know if these steps work.
