Adobe Scan Not Capturing Green and Red Pen Markings Properly

Bonjour, 

j'avais mis un commentaire Google sur Adobe Scan comme quoi on ne voyait pas le stylo vert et le stylo rouge. Vous m'avez donc proposer d'envoyer une image pour compléter mon commentaire.

    Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

     

    Does this happen while annotating within Adobe Scan, or after saving/exporting the scanned PDF? What is the workflow/steps you are taking? A small video recording of the steps taken and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more understanding.

     

    Also share the device model and OS version are you using and the version of the Adobe Scan app installed on your device? Please try updating the Scan app to the latest version available on the App/Play store and reboot the device once and see if that helps.

    j'ai donc fait un comparatif entre Adobe Scan et mon appareil photo.

    Mon téléphone est un pocophone f1 avec la version 10 d'Android et votre dernière Màj de votre application.
