Change default email app

Is it possible to change the default email app used? I would like to use Gmail instead of apples app. It doesn't seem that hard to have the option in settings to choose the default app for sending emails. At least that it support Gmail and outlook..

Hi Aleksjohnson,

Choosing default app is an operating system based setting and I am afraid there is not much can be done in Adobe Scan app to change the defaults. I have sent you a private message for further discussion on this, please check the inbox.

Hi Aleksjohnson,

Please try following steps:

1- Add Gmail account under Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Add Account.

2- Once added, go to Mail > scroll down to the bottom > Default Account > choose the Gmail account you just added and check.

Hi Shivam, this is not possible. As this is a corporate phone they have

disabled the default Mail app. Therefore we just have the gmail app as a

separate app.

I guess there is many other big worldwide corporations that have the same

security and have disabled the Mail app.
