change location of storage of files

Hey,

is there a possibility to access the scanned files directly via my adobe cc files folder? Or is there a way to update the preferences to do that? how much space do i have and will my files be gone, when i end my cc abo?

Hi Phil,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Adobe Scan application by default saves the scanned PDFs in Adobe Document Cloud.

It is not possible to access the scanned PDFs directly from CC files folder.

There is no option to change the location to store PDF or the preference settings.

You can either access the PDFs online on Document Cloud here Adobe Document Cloud or from the Adobe Scan application.

You can also directly access these PDFs from Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat DC applications.
