Changed AdobeID account password and now all PDF scans are gone

Hi,

I changed the AdobeID password (same account email address) and all the PDF scans are now gone.   They were all there before the password was changed.

This is a major bug

What can be done to recover the now missing PDF's

Both online and in the app the pdf scans are missing.

Hi David,

As you have mentioned above, the documents are not visible after changing the Adobe ID password.

Changing password should not affect the documents.

Would you mind sharing the Adobe ID you used to sign in to the application in the private message?

Make sure that you are using the same email address that you used to sign in to the application.

Also, try once to check online on your desktop. Refer to the steps provided below:

- Open the link Adobe Document Cloud

- Sign in with the Adobe ID and password that you use for Adobe Scan application.

- Go to File > Adobe Scan folder.

I know that changing the password should not change anything, but it did.

When I login to the account on adobe document cloud, you can see it trying to load the missing pdf’s but then it stops and says there are none in the account.

Could you please confirm if you can scan and save it as PDF in the application?

Make sure that you DO NOT uninstall the Adobe Scan and sign out from the applicaiton.

Also, share the application and OS version on your iOS device.
