Changing Email

I changed my e-mail in adobe account.

The e-mail has changed in all the apps that I use

But, in adobe scan the previus e-mail still exists and I can't to replace it by the new one.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Adobe Scan.

 

Could you please confirm if you have tried signing out of the application and then signing in with the new e-mail address on the application?

 

If you are facing any error with it, would you mind sharing a screen shot or the screen recording of the workflow you are following so that we can check on it further.
