Charged €9.99 immediately despite 1-week free trial

Hello,

I started a free 1-week trial for Adobe Scan today. The app clearly stated that the subscription included a 7-day free trial.

However, I was charged immediately €9.99, and the subscription now shows as active until 15 February, as if the full monthly subscription started right away.

This is confusing and not what was advertised during the signup process. I expected no charge during the free trial period.

 

I would like to request my refund of €9.99. 

I can provide you further details if needed.
