I'm a premium member and using Adobe Scan. With six song files, it says my cloud storage is full? I deleted all but two songs. Still won't upload to the cloud. Help!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing screenshots of the error you get or a screen recording of the workflow you are following?

 

I checked your account and was able to see free space available on your account. However, as you mentioned that you could not upload, it would be helpful to see what happens when you try to upload the file to Adobe Cloud Storage.

 

Also, a few pieces of information would be beneficial:

1. The application version of ADobe Scan;

2. The OS [Android/iOS] you are using and its version.
