Crop gone wrong

The crop points that allow adjusting the crop are all over the screen and I can't use them. Help please!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

From the screenshot, have you tried using the option that says no crop or smart capture and then checking if it works?

Also, enabling the Smart Capture button on the left-hand side of the capture button might work too.

Please try the above options and let us know if they work.
