Prepare a Form” (the tool that automatically finds and creates form fields) is only available in the desktop version of Acrobat.

Acrobat Mobile supports filling, signing, and basic form interactions. It does not support automatic form field detection or full form authoring.

Could you please clarify this statement: "I can't convert a PDF to a form"?

If the PDF is created as a form or has fillable form fields, Acrobat automatically recognizes them to make the file fillable.

If this is not what you are referring to, please share a sample file along with a screen recording of what you see for a better understanding and further assistance.

No es a lo que me refiero y es más sencillo de explicar si video. En las herramientas que ofrece Adobe para su versión de escritorio textualmente así lo cita "PREPARAR UN FORMULARIO" este desarrollo no está disponible para móviles, y solo tienen que disponible colocar el los campos autollenables de manera manual e individual, y mientras que la primer herramienta que refiero te realiza un trabajo integral.
