Hi Rpeb,

The option to delete the file is still there in the application.

In the application, open the list of files and click on three dots provided at the extreme right of the file.

There you will get option to Delete the file.

You may also open the file in the application and then click on More provided at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Then click on Delete option to delete the file.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi José,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing?

Share the Adobe Scan and OS version on your mobile device.

In the meantime, you may delete the files from the Acrobat Online account.

1. Open the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

2. Sign in with your credentials used for the Adobe Scan application.

3. Go to Documents > Your documents > Adobe Scan Folder.

4. Search for the file in the list and select it.

5. At the extreme right, scroll the panel with options.

6. Click on Delete to remove the file from the folder.

It will remove the file from Document Cloud and the Adobe Scan application it is synced.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
