Desconexion de Adobe scan en Ipad

Buenos dias, me surgio el siguiente problema al intentar utilizar la app para scanear me arroja el error

"ocurrio un error inesperado" y la pantalla se pone y no me deja seguir escaneando al menos que cierre y vuelva a abri la app.

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The iPadOS version;

3. A screen recording or screenshot of the error.
