I was looking through my documents, the system crashed, and the documents I was reading had gone when I went back into adobe scan !!!!  It was the most important docs as well

All my scanned files are gone too! And they were all important. I searched in the cloud and they’re gone.

I have had the same issue. I scanned and saved three files and now my whole archive is empty. J checked the cloud and they are not there after

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you are not able to find the documents in Adobe Scan application, would you please help us more details as asked below:

- What is the exact version of the Adobe Scan installed on your device?

- Share the OS version on the device

- It would be helpful if you can capture the workflow. Then share those screenshots or videos of that workflow with us.

Did you try once to check if you can locate all the scanned PDF online here Adobe Document Cloud

Open the link and sign in with the same email address that you to sign in to the Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. Check if the files are available there.

Hi

The version is 19.06.20

I have checked my cloud and it isn’t there. My other documents are there, just not the ones I was reading.

Sorry, what do you mean by workflow?
