Document shows as Waiting to upload - Adobe Scan

I scannwd One of my very essential documents but in due course of time I needed to edit it so I used the features of the app and after that day I am not able to access it thru the app. It is showing waiting to upload and not uploading even though it has been a week pls help.

Hi Jagteshver_Singh,

 

As the document still shows as "Wating to upload", please check if the file is saved on Document Cloud.

Open the link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in with the same credentilas that you used for the Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder and check the list of the files appear there. If the file is saved there take a copy of that file and save it in other location.

Now on the mobile device, sign out from the application and relaunch the device.

You may also try uninstall and reinstall. 

Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version.
