Correct answer Erik__Adobe_

Adobe Scan currently always tries to resize small documents. We are considering improvements and customizations to this behavior in a future release.

For now, one workaround is to place the smaller document on a blank letter-size sheet and scan the entire sheet.

That's a good workaround. Thanks.

Hi Joseph,

Thank you for your inquiry.  Currently, Adobe Scan does not have the option to choose different document sizes when saving as PDF.  We will review your request, and will consider it for a future release.

Thank you for using Adobe Scan.

This is a pretty significant issue.  I'm scanning receipts for meals and what should be 2 inches by 3 inches, turns into a full 8.5x11 page....  Adobe answered the question in August 2017 that this isn't possible and you're thinking about doing something in the future...is it nearly ready?  Am surprised this was even overlooked in the first place?  Please hurry - this is a problem.  Thanks much - bw
