Documents bloqués

Question

Bonjour,
J'utilise Adobe Scanne depuis 2019 sur iOS 15.4.1, jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai jamais eu des problèmes.
Malheureusement, depuis 2 semaines je n'arrive plus à ouvrir mes anciens documents scannés, ni à les voir en aperçu. Alors qu'ils semblent être là, date de scanne y comprise.
Puis, dès que j'essaye d'en récupérer un d'une manière quelconque, l'application bloque!!!
Je n'arrive donc plus à ouvrir les dossier et encore moins à revenir en arrière pour réutiliser le scanne.
Il y à t'il un probleme avec l'application??
Si oui, quand est-ce qu'elle sera remise en état??
Si non comment je peux récupérer mes documents?? Certains, je les
utilises regulierement et j'en ai fortement besoin!!

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. While we check on this, I would suggest you to try using the online portal and check if you are able to access the file there.
