Documents missing

Question

Hi,i did some important scans last week and today I needed them and opened the app. They showed up but the app crashed then. When I restarted it there were all my scans but just not the important ones from the one day. I've already looked in the document cloud but there are also exactly not the needed ones. Does anybody know what I could try?thank you &#128578;my device: iPad Pro 2020 iOS 14

Hi, Hope you are doing well.As mentioned above that the application crashed and after restarting, some important scans are missing.
