Does anyone know how to scan architectural drawings to scale?

Does anyone know how to scan architectural drawings to scale?  Everytime we scan, the finished is no longer to scale.  Is there a way we can ensure it remains to scale?  Is there a way to resize to equal a predefined line size.  For example, If I drew a 3' 0" line at 1/2" scale and the pdf was created and the page is no longer to scale, can I do any sort of custom resize to match that 3'0" line drawn?  Any help would be appreciated.

I am wondering something similar. If we scan blueprints will they scan to scale or not?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

You can use the Adobe Scan app to instantly scan various types of documents, capture new images, or use existing images and convert them to digital copies. However, the option to scan to scale is not yet present. Would you mind describing the workflow that you are trying to achieve so we can pass it along to the product team internally for future consideration?

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me. We are a construction company that specializes in custom home builds.

Can you scan to the size of the drawings specifically 24” x36” paper? When you save it, will it be saved as 24x36 PDF?
