download scans fails

I can see all my scans but, when I try to view them, the download fails. No error msg, just days try again later. Not sure what I can do.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan (go to Home-> Profile Icon-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The Android version your device is running;

3. Can you see the files on Acrobat Web (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder)?

4. A screen recording of the exact scenario you see.

all yould see from a screen shot is a windows saying "File download failed... We couldn't download the file. Please try again later. OK"
