Download scans to app

Hi there,

 

Does anyone know if I can download scans that's uploaded to the server back to the app after switching to a new phone. It's quite sad to have an empty app, besides some other scanning-apps have the option to see or download scans, like CamScanner.

Hi,

If you login with your previous id using which you have scanned in past , the app will aautomatically  sync the data.

If the problem still persists, Please do let us know.

Thanks for your reply.

 

Unfortunately my scans don't show in the app although I'm logged in with the same account. If I log into through web/cloud all my scans are there.
