Downloaded Adobe Scan App, no access to account

I have downloaded the free app of Adobe Scan. After download, I cannot access my account to open the app. I have 2 x deleted the app and downloaded it again. The problem still exists. On the Adobe Website, I can enter my account. Why I cannot enter the free app of Adobe Scan?

Would you mind briefing us more about what happens when you try to log in to the application? Maybe a screenshot or screen recording of the scenario would help greatly.

 

You may try to switch networks once when logging in to the application and check if that works for you.
