Downsampled image - fuzzy text

Around half the time I use Scan the image is downsampled or compressed, or whatever happens to it, so badly that the original text becomes illegible.  How can we stop this happening?   On the face of it, a useful app but this fault renders it too unreliable to be of any use.

Hi andrewt,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with scanned documents, is that correct?

Try adjusting the color of the scanned document using the steps given in the following link and check if that helps;
