Error - can’t access. Try later

I just installed on my new iPhone the app and I can't use because after first screen, when I try to continue, it says error can't access

I am using iOS 15.0.2

the problem comes out after opening the app, on clicking "continue".

please see the attachment below, it's in Italian but I hope you can understand.

Hi there, I tryed but it doesn't work.
It seems to wait for something at startup the first time, and then nothing happens.
