Error - can’t access. Try later

I just installed on my new iPhone the app and I can't use because after first screen, when I try to continue, it says error can't access

thank you for your kind reply.

I am using iOS 15.0.2

the problem comes out after opening the app, on clicking "continue".

please see the attachment below, it's in Italian but I hope you can understand.

Thanks for providing the details. For this issue you need to follow the few steps mentioned below:

1. Uninstall the application.

2. Reboot the device and then install it again.

Hi there, I tryed but it doesn't work.
It seems to wait for something at startup the first time, and then nothing happens.

2. Does that error shows immediately after installing the application or while launching the app?
