Error msg comes that file can not be downloaded, This happens on Android device, on i phone it is working, earlier was working on both

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share the version of Adobe Scan and the operating system version on your Android device. If possible, please provide a short screen recording showing what happens when you try to download the PDF.
