Error Unable to Sign In

I'm trying to sign in to Adobe Scan app on my ipad (14.7.1) with my Google account (through my school).  I get an error message that says "Unable to Sign In. Please try again later".  My students are recieving the same message.  I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and I've tried it on different networks.  I can't figure out what is wrong.  Please help.

Hope you are doing well.
Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand the issue better.

  1. Try to sign in on https://documentcloud.adobe.com and check if you are getting the error?
  2. Application version?


We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to Reboot your device. 

For iOS latest Adobe Reader Mobile version is 21.08.00
