1. What happens when you try to scan anything?

2. Application version?

Make sure that the app is up to date.

Hi Harsh, when I try to take a shot for Scan a document…, pressing the botton for that.., nothing happens…

The iOS versión is 15.4, and App versión is 22.03.22
iPhone 13 Pro
