Export to MS Excel

I tried to export a scanned pdf image to MS Excel. The result is a blank page in Excel. Two Adobe Support executives have said that the quality of the scanned image is not up to the mark for a succesful export. How can I improve the quality of the scanned image?

Hi Hanchu,

 

I have chekced the scanned PDF that you have shared with us. The quality of the scanned image is not good and the text is not clearly visible.

Could you please let us know if you have scanned the document direclty or taken the screenhsot of the document?

Is it an issue with this paritcular docuement?

Also, let us know the application and OS version on the device.

I am told by Adobe that the plan I have used, namely "Adobe Export PDF" is a cloudbased application, and does not have a version. I trust your question is answered.
