File converting

These files have been converting for a long time and doesn't seem to be working. I want to be able to delete them but can't while the conversion is in process. What can I do to stop it?

    Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

    1. Did you try signing out and signing in to the app?

    2. Application version?

    3. OS name and version?

    Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
