Question

File couldn't be removed from the server, delete cancelled.

HELP PLEASE! Suddenly I can't delete or upload any pdfs now. Nothing works, and I get the error message shown at the title: file couldn't be removed from the server, delete cancelled. My internet is connected, nothing wrong, help please!!!

Hi Stevenm,

Based on the issue-description mentioned above, you are unable to upload or delete any pdf in Adobe Scan app, is that correct?

Have you tried rebooting the phone and uploading/deleting pdfs again, does that work?

Could you please let us know the version of scan app you have on the phone? To check the version: Troubleshooting — Adobe Scan Help

Are you connected to the Internet using Wi-fi or Mobile Data?
