  • I have been using this app for 2 years and copying my captures to One Drive. Now when I try to copy to One Drive I get the message "There are no folders you have permission to upload to". I have not made any changes to One Drive or Adobe Scan settings. How do I correct this and regain my folder access?

Hi @Scott30381150ii1a,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience.

 

Any changes to policies in OneDrive save settings have nothing to do with Adobe Scan, and we cannot control that.

 

You might want to check if you can save any files in OneDrive outside of Adobe Scan and check if it is not with OneDrive.
