File removed or you dont have access.

Whenever i try to email my scan i am unable to open the link and get an error message that states "file removed. Dont have access. Contact user." Been using this app for months and sharing with no problem. Just recently started. How do i fix? I am using version 19.06.02 for android. Please help!!!

Hi Laurenp,

As you have mentioned above, when you try to email the scan link does not open.

Did you check if you can open the scanned file in the applicaiton?

Also, try once to share the scan using other options. Check if that works.

Did you check if the issue occurs with all the scans?

Please share the exact workflow you do and share the screenshot of the error message with us.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Hi. I am unable to send/share any scanned documents in another manner.

I do not see the upload icon on the link sent to me. I am attaching a photo

of the error message i receive.

Please provide any help you can.
