Single file was scanned, it is taking a long time to upload. How can this issue be resolved?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. If a single scanned file is taking too long to upload, here are a few things you can check to help speed things up:

 

Check Your Internet Connection
Slow or unstable network speeds can delay uploads. If possible, switch to a stronger Wi-Fi connection or mobile data.

 

Confirm File Size & Format
Scan files (especially high-resolution PDFs or images) can get quite large.

 

Update the App to the latest version available in the App Store 
Ensure the scanning app is up to date. Older versions can face upload delays.

 

Sign In & Cloud Storage Availability: Uploading usually requires being signed in. Make sure:

  • You’re signed in with your Adobe ID
  • There’s enough space in your cloud storage
  • No storage restrictions are active

 

Restart the App/Device
Sometimes temporary glitches cause delays—closing the app or restarting the device may clear them.

If the issue continues, share these details and the community can help further:

  • App version
  • Scan file format/size
  • If its a file specific issue or occurs with all the files, and a small video recording of the steps and the issue.
