Files are lost
All scanned files are lost and then I log in to Acrobat Online and I can see them there.
How can the files are displayed in the Adobe Scan Apps?

I hope you’re doing well, and thank you for reaching out.
Have you checked if you’re using the same account for the Scan app as you are for Acrobat Online? Please ensure that you’re signing in with the same login ID on both platforms. Once you use the same credentials, all documents saved in Adobe Document Cloud should sync and appear on your mobile app.
