files gone suddenly

I've been using adobe scan on my phone since 2018 and today when I logged in all my files dissapered. The only ones left are from last week, but I've had scans in there since 2018 and have never had this problem. Please help me!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

As you mentioned that you had your files saved since 2018, would you mind logging in to https://adobe.ly/4csxKi9 in the Adobe Scan folder to see if the files are available?

 

If they are, you might want to check the email address you are signed in to your account.

 

If they are not, please let me know if you are willing to jump on a call for further investigation, and I will share a link with you over private messages to schedule a call with me as per your convenient time.
