Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you have  mentioned above, the files have stopped syncing.

Could you please elaborate the issue? Are you referring that the PDFs are not getting saved on document cloud?

Or you are referring that the saved PDFs are not opening in the mobile application?

 

We will be waiting for your response.
