Hi - I dowmloaded pdfs to afobescan app on my iphone8 (have done numerous times with numerous files as tests). I cannot locate them in my filses ("show all files").

But when i go to downliad again, adobescan asks if i want to replace, as the file "alresdy exists."

Where do they exist????

Thx.

Hi Donna5C41,

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. OS Version
  2. Make and model of your device?

You can find scanned files using below steps:

  1. To get started, tap the Files app icon.
  2. Tap the Adobe Scan folder to see your scan files.

  3. Files in the cloud have a cloud icon in the upper right-hand corner of the file thumbnail.

  4. Local files have no icon.

  5. Tap any thumbnail to download and open a file. The file will now be available for offline use.

For more help refer to:https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/iosfileapp.html#manage-files

Hi Ria =

Thanks so much.

I just updated to IOS 14.5 and I have an iphone 8.

Have followed all instructions and still unable to locate files when I save to files/adobe scan. I am showing "all files."

No clue as to where they are actually being saved.....

Thanks!
