Files not showing in app

I can't access my files in app for iPhone. All files are showing in cloud but its not showing in my iPhone adobe scan app

Hi Souvik,

 

Same issue here. I had several docuements stored in Adobe Scan App and suddently they all disappared on my phone. I found them in the cloud but not in App at all. Also, since my files were automatically saved as shared, I could not even open them! The system just told me that I'm not authorized to view, which is rediculous.... I cannot open my own files!!!
