Files retrive

I cant able to retrieve the old scan files in Adobe cloud. Please help me get the old files from Adobe scan

As Bernd asked, would you mind sharing the situation when you try to see the files?

Also, please log in to (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents/) and check if the files are available there.

Note: Make sure you are uisng the same login credentials you use when accessing Adobe Scan services on your phone.
