For Deleted Files Backup From The Adobe Scan

Hello Adobe, My Name Is Shubham, From Agra, India.

I'm Using Adobe For A Long Time, My Problem With Adobe Is, I Had Been Dleted A Adobe Scan File By Mistake Which Is Very Precious.

How Can I Backup Or Recover That File?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

If the file was scanned and saved in Adobe Scan, here are a few things you can try:

1. Check Adobe Cloud Storage:

  • Open the Adobe Scan app and sign in with the same Adobe ID you used earlier.
  • Go to the “Files” or “Recent Scans” section – your scans are usually saved to the cloud automatically you can also log in at https://adobe.ly/47AaUpx Go to Documents > Scan folder and see if you are able to find your file there.

 

2. Check Local Storage / Device Gallery:

  • If you have enabled the option to save the original images to the gallery, open your phone’s Files app or Photos/Gallery app and search for PDFs or images. https://adobe.ly/4fIiaBM 

If the file is permanently deleted and not available in the above-mentioned locations, it cannot be recovered.
