@yeshwanth_1411 Most Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Acrobat Pro, offer a 7-day free trial. This means you get full access to the software for that period without being charged for the subscription. To start the trial, Adobe requires you to provide payment method details (credit card, PayPal, etc.). This is standard practice for many subscription services. The key is that at the end of the 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically begins, and Adobe will charge your provided payment method at the rate stated when you signed up, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

What you likely experienced is an authorization hold or a very small, temporary charge (sometimes $0 or a minimal amount like $1 USD or CAD equivalent). This is not an actual debit but a temporary verification by your bank or payment provider to ensure the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. This hold is typically released within a few days (often 5-7 business days) if you cancel the trial before it ends, or if it's just a verification.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.  We are sorry for the trouble and the confusion.

I’ve looked into your Adobe account and noticed that you’ve subscribed to the AI Assistant for Acrobat on a monthly plan that is billed each month. The free trial offer is only included with the annual plan that is paid monthly. This means that, since your current plan is on a month-to-month billing cycle, the free trial wasn’t applied at the time of purchase.

Hope this information will help.
