Freezing problem with the wonderful app on iphone X after several scans like me?

After a good scan sometimes I receive a freezing site in the app-site. Then, there is no other possibility than to delete the app and reload it and start all over again. Adobe can do better than this.

And in addition to that: the doc scanner technology should receive another very important functionality: to separate a double sided scan from books into two separate sites. Please learn from Fine Reader OC Pro and make this app perfect!

But nevertheless a big compliment from my side: the framing of the sites and the speed between the automatically scanning is very very good and have no other product on the market which comes even close.

Hi Markusw,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As the application freezes, I would suggest you sign out from the application and uninstall it.

Then reboot the device once and then re-install the application.

Check if that helps.
