Full refund

I went to both services to get a full refund, Apple said they don’t deal with 3rd party transactions so they couldnt issue a refund. Despite me canceling the subscription in the same 24hrs. I still haven’t got any more information about the full refund. I contacted the adobe support just to get sent a link where I already canceled my subscription. Please contact me
